What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+
Our standard MOQ is 300–500 pieces per item depending on the product. For stock designs with custom logos, lower quantities are possible.
Can you make custom designs?+
Yes. We offer full OEM and ODM service, including custom shapes, glazes, logos and packaging. Just send us your drawing, photo or idea.
How long does sampling take?+
Samples of existing shapes with new colors or logos take 7–10 days. New shapes requiring molds take 15–20 days.
What is your production lead time?+
Standard lead time is 35–45 days after sample approval and deposit, depending on order quantity.
Are your products food safe?+
Yes. All glazes are lead-free and cadmium-free, tested to FDA, LFGB and Prop 65 standards. Test reports are available on request.
What payment terms do you accept?+
T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. L/C at sight is accepted for larger orders.
How do you prevent breakage during shipping?+
Each piece is individually wrapped and packed in drop-tested cartons. We can also provide mail-order packaging for e-commerce sellers.
